Instead of focusing on time we focus on the overall design, I feel that an hourly model sacrifices the design, at Rittenhouse Home we get to focus on the design process
I’ve modeled my business to provide design, expert customer service, and quality materials rather than billing hourly. My clients time is valuable so meetings are thoughtful and productive. No need to travel to other showrooms to view the latest and greatest, we have it all under one roof.
What We Do
We are a full service Design-Build firm, At Rittenhouse Home we work with each of our clients to determine goals, dreams and budgets. The team assists in creating the perfect home, exceeding the client’s expectations at every phase of the renovation or remodeling project.
My clients have found that the combination of my design skills and expertise in my field provide me the unique ability to see the full potential of their space. Provide overall Interior Design and Decor for the whole house or just a couple rooms. Room design, paint color consult, furnishings, accessories, window treatments, flooring, lighting, etc. Kitchen and bathroom design, basement design and re-design and overall help with selecting any and all finishes.
I believe there is an intimate connection between a home and a homeowner. A well-designed environment should go beyond just beautiful aesthetics. Successfully executed interior spaces must have the capacity to lift your spirits, improve your mood, and above all function. For this reason, I am always honored when a client entrusts me with their home. My goal is to develop healthy relationships with my clients in order to fully understand and create spaces that reflect their lifestyle needs and tastes.
In order to maintain solid working relationships, I believe communication must be the cornerstone of project management. I am a firm believer in keeping clients updated about project progress, estimated times of completion, explanation of process, and keeping projects within budget. My clients’ happiness at all stages of projects, from initial consultation to completion, is of utmost importance to me and is what makes my job so rewarding. I am not satisfied until you are.

One-time Design Fee:
Kitchen Design $3,500.00
In-home Consultation Fee $500
(credited back to the design fee upon signing)
Master Bathroom Design $3,500.00
Interior Design $1,500.00 (per room)
New Construction Package $12,500.00
The Design Fee includes:
- Home visit
- Measurements
- Confirms a realistic budget
- Create design concepts based on form and function of you and your family’s use of the space
- Converts your space into multiple 3D programs
- Provides accurate renderings and elevations
- Selection of products, finishes, materials fitting to your space and lifestyles
- Order cabinetry, furnishings, lighting, hardware, etc.
- Manage orders, timelines, delivery to home
- Manage installation: Oversee a project much like a general contractor would, managing and coordinating the trades on site. We become a key member of the renovation team, acting as an advocate for you the homeowner and collaborating with the builder/contractor to ensure the kitchen is installed as it was designed.

Building a new home can be a daunting process. For starters, you will need someone to advocate for you. You need a partner, a ghost writer. Think of it like writing your own novel. It has to tell a complete story and often enough where you begin isn’t where you end up. You need a skilled professional to oversee and manage your project to keep you on track and keep the overall vision at the forefront at all times when making selections.
Our package includes ALL selections from plumbing to paint and everything in between! Yes that’s right exterior and interior choices. We will guide you through the entire process from conception to completion. Don’t worry you never have to feel alone we will accompany you at construction meetings when necessary to ensure you have the proper guidance ensuring that your choices and decisions will carry your vision for the finished project. In addition to the selection process we will provide a comprehensive evaluation of the space BEFORE you break ground.This includes space planning, furniture layout, millwork considerations and finishes. This process can avoid unnecessary changes during the build process and avoids unnecessary delays and change order that can cost you thousands.
